Alan Lillie

Project Manager

Alan is responsible for the project management of the Healthy Ageing Next General Solution bid to Innovation UK and the Interreg Network Europe CHANCE project.

He is a Chartered IT Professional, PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner with over 40 years’ leadership and management experience in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Design, Project and Programme Management, Voice, Video and Data Communications within the NHS, MOD, public and private sectors.

Through his previous work with the NHS in Cumbria, Alan was instrumental in developing centralised shared IT Services to support all NHS organisations in Cumbria, development of the Cumbria Community of Interest Network and introducing Enterprise Architecture methodologies.

Alan enjoys the challenge of developing new and innovative ways of working and maximising the use of new technology which will help individuals live healthier happier lives.
