Elizabeth is a Design Director with a passion for asking the right questions when embarking on the development of any digital health and care system.
She has a strong background in digital systems design with 15 years’ experience working for commercial computing companies before joining the University of Highlands and Islands, leading the undergraduate and postgraduate Computer Science degrees.
Through her work with Oracle, Siemens and Unisys, Elizabeth has worked on development and delivery of large complex enterprise systems in Europe, USA and the far east. She has led the development of encryption products in the broadcast industry.
She focuses on building teams who are supported to collaborate to develop the very best products they can.
Elizabeth is responsible for the DHI delivery of the Scottish Government Access Collaborative works which strives to identify innovations and improvements in the NHS which can improve patient experience and waiting times.
