We are pleased to announce great news from FUTUREquipped project, co-lead by the DHI and Construction Scotland Innovation Centre.

The project has now completed Workstream 2 on target, with the final of four Student Exposure to Innovation -days held at the CSIC Innovation Factory on the 30th January. The event was attended by 49 students and lecturers from across health and care, build environment and computing from Forth Valley, Fife and Borders Colleges. The day included expert lectures by the two Innovation Centres, our business partner Neat Living, a tour of, and hands-on exercises at the Innovation Factory, and person-centred design exercises. The previous days have been held in Inverness (23rd Jan), CSIC (4th Dec 18) and DHI (5th Dec).

The project outcomes will be showcased at a Ministerial Event on the 26th February at Edinburgh College. We are also absolutely delighted that the FUTUREquipped project has been shortlisted for the Scottish  Life Sciences Awards in the Outstanding Skills Development category.
