Bill is an IT professional with extensive experience in solution architecture, management and governance across diverse industry sectors, focusing in the last ten years on health and social care.
Bill started his career as a physicist specialising in mathematical modelling for military imaging systems design for the UK and NATO partners before transitioning full time to IT architecture and delivery roles in Utilities and most recently Health.
As an Enterprise Architect working on ‘new business’ development, Bill has experience in digital service transformation through development of roadmaps and pragmatic architecture development that help evolve vision into sustainable change.
Bill brings to the DHI an industry perspective and applied IT skills to complement the innovation and design processes, bridging between the demonstrator project domain and industry adoption at scale.
