Catriona is a design researcher whose role focuses on developing participatory approaches to engage multidisciplinary teams in exploring complex health challenges.

During her time working at DHI, she has been involved in projects with several NHS boards, with each project taking a person-centred, design-led and whole-system approach.

Catriona holds a master’s degree in Design Innovation and Service Design from GSA and a degree in Product Design from the University of Dundee. Previously, she worked as part of the Co-design team at Young Scot where she provided creative support on projects that gave Scottish young people the power to create real change to policy, practice and services.
