Person-centred Records - Once for the Patient
A person-centred, multi-disciplinary, electronic record for NHS Grampian hospital staff and patients.
Charlotte is a DHI intern, gaining experience in both our Design and Research Knowledge Management teams. She is a design researcher keen to explore how participatory design approaches can produce a richer understanding of the health and care landscape.
She is an MDes Design Innovation and Environmental Design graduate with a background in architecture. Her research projects focus on using a co-design methodology to produce human-centred design solutions. She is particularly interested in how the physical environment can affect health and care outcomes.
