Pamela is a qualified and experienced Programme and Project Manager with 13 years of experience within the Healthcare Sector, covering a range of functions from Public Health to Commissioning, Service Development, Telehealth and many others.

Her role at DHI is to ensure that the Programme of Digital Health Projects achieves the strategic objectives of the organisation and delivers on what is intended.

Pamela is a member of the Royal Society of Public Health and completed a Masters in International Development, Education and Health Promotion from the Institute of Education in London. She is PRINCE II and MSP Qualified and has delivered projects across the UK as well as in Australia and East Africa.

Pamela Programme Managed a complex Telehealth portfolio whilst at the Scottish Centre for Telehealth and Telecare, including European Commission and Scottish Government funded projects such as the launch of a pilot of Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a service that was later mainstreamed across Scotland.
