Dr Peter Fuzesi is a social scientist with a background in Medical Sociology,  Science, Technology and Society (STS) and Disability Studies. His thesis explored Assistive Technology provision in the National Health Service in England.  

Peter has been working on research projects at the University of Strathclyde and University of Sheffield, which explored reducing plastic use in healthcare services and improving the safe and effective medicine use of older people who live with sensory impairments.

Peter’s research focuses on innovation that shape healthcare technologies, practices, to make health and social care services more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. He uses primarily qualitative and participatory methods.
