Mental Well-being

The mental health and well-being Living Lab aims to develop and pilot innovative solutions which can address this important area of concern.

Poor mental health and low reported mental well-being can have many negative social and economic impacts, despite the existence of cost-effective public health interventions.

Exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and a growing societal challenge with an estimated 1 billion people affected worldwide by mental health disorders, this Living Lab aims to increase citizens’ access to necessary services and opportunities to promote their own well-being, improve their mental health, and reduce loneliness.
