About the event
The Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI) and our partners Raising Aspirations in Science Education (RAiSE), City of Glasgow College and SSERC invite you to join us for an evening of showcasing and celebrating the winners and runners-up of the #DigiInventors Challenge Primary School Edition 2025.
The event takes place in the City of Glasgow College at 190 Cathedral Street, Glasgow, on Tuesday, 29th April 2024. Arrival is from 1800 with formal proceedings starting at 1830. Refreshments will be served at the event, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
Please check in at reception, and they will guide you to the event space in the COGC Auditorium.

For parents/carers:
Please complete the online form to confirm both your child’s attendance and your own.
In the First Name and Last Name fields, enter your child’s details.
There is a separate section where you can provide your own name as the parent or guardian.
You’ll also be asked to give media consent for both your child and yourself.
For teachers/mentors/head teachers:
Each winning team should be accompanied by their nominated teacher or mentor.
Please fill out the form as usual using your own details.

We expect this event to be very popular, and we only have a limited capacity, so please register early to avoid disappointment. Anyone who attends without a ticket will not be allowed entry to the event.
Media consent statement
During the #DigiInventors Award Ceremony, the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre will be capturing photos, audio and video of proceedings. The University retains the right to share materials with third parties to enable us to promote the University /DHI. This includes partners such as the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre, City of Glasgow College, Raising Aspirations in Science Education (RAiSE) and participating local authorities.
I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides. I understand that the University of Strathclyde (DHI) will retain the images/ footage/ audio for a period of five years, at which point they will be deleted from the University’s files.
How will the DHI use your personal data, and who will they share it with?
Promotion of the #DigiInventors Challenge, Primary School Edition, DHI and for the current and future challenges. Such promotion may include use in the DHI’s advertising and resources in relation to the #DigiInventors Challenge, Primary School Edition, including but not limited to the #DigiInventors Challenge website (www.digiinventors.com), social media, advertising, press, film and video, radio and publications.
Video and images of attendees/ participants presenting the subject matter of their challenge entries at the #DigiInventors Challenge award ceremony/prize-giving.
#DigiInventors Challenge, Primary School Edition, partner and sponsor organisation websites and resources for the purposes of promoting and advertising the #DigiInventors Challenge. Such partners include but may not be limited to Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre, City of Glasgow College, Raising Aspirations in Science Education (RAiSE) – a programme of The Wood Foundation, and participating local authorities.
