About the event

Building on the priorities identified and emerging proposals from the first two workshops, this session will focus on collaboratively developing a distinct pathway/ framework to support acceleration and scaling of innovation in the social care sector and approach to creating a digital social acre innovation hub.

Through a series of interactive activities and facilitated discussions, participants will:


  • Collaboratively review and critically analyse existing pathways/ frameworks for innovation and acceleration in health and social care, both national and local, to identify key requirements for an innovation hub and associated pathway/ framework distinctly tailored to the needs and ways of working of the social care sector in Scotland.

  • Collaboratively develop a pathway/framework for accelerating and scaling innovation in social care in Scotland and build a roadmap for its implementation.

This workshop will provide a structured environment for stakeholders to align on common goals, share expertise, and enable mutual learning to drive meaningful and sustainable digital transformation in care.
