The Health and Social Care Delivery Research (HSDR) Programme is looking to fund high quality research about early action and prevention within Health and Social Care Services. 

This is a 2-stage, commissioned funding opportunity. To apply for the first stage you should submit an outline application. If invited to the second stage, you will then need to complete a full application.

This accelerator is supporting startups innovating in key areas of health and community care:

• Remote monitoring

The NIHR Principal Investigator Pipeline Programme (PIPP) in Scotland offers research delivery nurses, midwives and allied health professionals (NMAHPs) the opportunity to develop as Principal Investigators on NIHR portfolio studies. The programme is delivered jointly by Edinburgh and Glasgow Clinical Research facilities, and is for Research Delivery Nurses, midwives or allied health professionals working in Scotland.

Applications open on the 1st of October and close on the 12th November 2025.
