Paula is the programme manager for the Digital Lifelines Scotland programme and joins the team from Programme Management Services, within Public Services Delivery Scotland. Bringing 15 years’ experience of designing and delivering change within the public sector and combining more traditional project and programme methodologies with the Scottish Approach to Service Design principles to ensure service users are at the heart of every change initiative.

Paula also works independently as an executive coach and mentor to leaders and teams delivering change.
