Yazmin brings over 12 years of experience in primary healthcare and public health leadership in Chile, alongside an MSc in Digital Health Systems from the University of Strathclyde. She has focused on digital health implementations, community health programmes, and user-centred service redesigns that improved patient access and outcomes.

Her vision at DHI is to bridge innovation and real-world health needs by mapping Scotland’s health and care innovation ecosystem, making resources more accessible for entrepreneurs and innovators. Passionate about user-centred design and equitable digital transformation, she aims to help position DHI as a catalyst that connects ideas with impact for patients, professionals, and communities.
