The Sarawak Research and Development Council (SRDC) is a statutory body established in 2017 to support and strengthen research and development across Sarawak. It works to stimulate and facilitate R&D activity, coordinate research across government agencies, departments and educational institutions, and enhance research standards and capabilities. SRDC also supports the commercialisation of research outcomes, helping translate research and innovation into wider economic and societal impact.
